A seasoned seller and sales manager, Charles has over 20 years of in-the-field sales experience, spanning from his early beginning in retail sales and sales management to nearly all sectors of publisher side advertising. Charles has sold for and managed sales at some of the largest media companies in the word.

Most recently he’s managed sales, and strategies nationally for iTV, VOD, Mobile and Online for companies including: Comcast, Time Warner, Cox Media, Cablevision, Charter and many more.

Unlike most ‘advisors’, Charles has been integral in personally creating numerous multi-million dollar sales organizations and companies. His direct and true-partnership approach to bussiness has catapulted him into and through one success after another.

Devon White is co-founder and partner of Apogee. As the architect and lead developer of the Human Operating System, Devon has spent over a decade innovating proprietary performance and behavioral technologies used by thousands world wide. Along with this he is a trainer of NLP and a master hypnotist.
